What is it that you do?

I help aspiring founders and investors license digital business assets - our own scalable online concepts structured for a low-risk first step and a potential high-performance growth future. Each concept is fully researched, branded and strategy ready.

What exactly are you selling?

Technically it’s a ‘licensed digital business asset’ with the concept and package being used under license by you to launch, run and earn as a viable business. This has real tangible value not just for it’s potential but also in itself.

How are you different? 

You’ll be a partner not a client, it’s a co-build rather than solo build. Entrepreneurship-as-a-Service. A structured, data-backed, low-risk path to owning a potentially profitable online business.

Why is this such good value? 

No one sells ideas like this and start up costs are 70-90% less than closest comparative costs. Enabling you to take the first steps with a low-risk online business. Our rewards come from your customers, they cover the difference with a 5% commission on sales. It’s a performance-based business model where we’re only successful if you’re successful. 

Is the pricing likely to change? 

This depends entirely on the success of the project. Although VAT can be re-claimed by back dating initial expenditure on a business easing my workload from my main business and to ease take up on The Idea Bridge I opted out of VAT. However should turnover reach the VAT threshold than prices will have to include VAT and only those businesses that warrant VAT registration would be able to re-claim the VAT. So be the first to save on a lifestyle business especially to avoid additional costs! Otherwise pricing will be assessed and raised with inflation from April 2026.

How do I view your concepts?

This will give you a detailed breakdown and a specific link to view the concept opportunity most suitable to you at a special offer price of three for the price of two. Why is an NDA included in our terms? (non disclosure agreement).

We need to protect our ideas. Other companies can produce brand, design, strategy and business marketing plans but we're the only ones that actually provide you with a unique concept. It's the concept that's of the real value, so we need to ensure the cat stays in the bag until the concept is up and running so we have to take this seriously. Careless talk can cost a fine of up to £40K. 

How do we define a unique concept?

A unique concept is one that either has no direct competition at the time of conception or differentiates itself from the competition by a unique service or price differentiator.

What’s my commitment after purchasing the Start Up pack and how do I move things forward?

We’ll help your source a development partner and you’ll deal with them direct. You must complete the projects and earn income from the project within three years of receiving the Start Up pack.

What additional support is offered?

Details are within the Support and suppliers section. All concepts include an exclusive use of a domain, holding page and site/email hosting for 12 months after Start Up plan purchase. Even if the concept is an app it will still need promoting. An annual strategy review is included for free with an optional advisory retainer if you need further support. There’s also free guides and articles with helpful information on site to help. 

Can I sell my project on?

You are building the concept as a ‘licensed digital business asset’ ownership of which can be transferred to a third party subject to an appropriate fee and a new signed agreement by both parties with The Interactive Business Enterprise Ltd founders of theideabridge. IP and ownership of the code will be down to your relationship with the developer assigned.
