Why is there no password and log in on site?

We use Freshsales from Freshworks to manage customers and sales, embedding web tracking via cookies through its Freshsales Tracking Code (FSTC) in the site code once you've registered. It's not used for anything else other than identification. It's there to allow for 'first phase' purchases as we prefer to deal with each customer on a one2one basis once you've ordered from us usually via email. If you use a different browser or clear your cookies the system you'll notice on first registration that we double checked you're not a returning customer, you can use this to update your details. If paying by paypal you must ensure you use your paypal email on registration so we can ensure details received match each purchase.

Can you help me raise funds to pay for the Start Up pack?

All the concepts are sold on a first come first served basis but we will look at each option individually especially if niche or particularly suited to you.

Why is site/app development not included in the price?

Several reasons. Firstly, we are not developers. Though we understand what can and can't be achieved it's not our core strength. Secondly, unlike the straight e-comm option our concepts are unique so we don't have a 'one size fits all' solution, all our projects will require different code skillsets - it would make it unaffordable for everyone if we were to cover all the bases in house! Thirdly, times are slowly changing, despite what you may have seen it's not there yet, but it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that AI will at some point be able to create the functional part of all projects error free, whilst the ability to create concepts from scratch may well remain reserved for science fiction (you can't yet program AI to generate unique concepts only re-construct existing) we are watching AI very carefully to ensure we help you source the best solution applicable to your project.

What support do you provide beyond the Start Up pack?

I'll help you source a developer suitable for your project at no charge and there's help on the FREE Guides page in terms of starting out and setting up. There’s also an optional advisory retainer charged based on the potential of your selected business model with external professional support from contacts and our product partners with discounts and options we’ll pass onto you.
