What’s in the Start Up pack?

The pack is in three parts:
1.  The Business Plan which will include research of the target market, strategy & concept, competitor reviews, key development stages and financial forecasts.
2. Marketing plan for initial and potential promotion strategies, developer specification for phased development.
3. Full brand guidelines and brand positioning including design style for the product interface.

Why are the Start Up packs at different prices?

Packs are priced at 4 levels based on business potential (which in turn correlates to the work involved in their creation).
The four levels are:
1.  Lifestyle business £2K (on average forecasted annual income in 5 years £20-£50K)*
2. Medium revenue £3K (on average forecasted annual income in 5 years £75-£150K)*
3. Investment potential £4K (on average forecasted annual income in 5 years £440K-£750K)*
4. High level returns £5K (on average forecasted annual income in 5 years £700K-£1.2M)*

Why is payment required upfront?

Three reasons. The first one is when an idea is out, it's out, so we need security that we will be paid. Secondly, to keep the costs competitive we need to ensure we avoid any bad debt or slow payment which would increase the costs for everyone. Finally, it's an online business and that's the beauty of an online business - no more chasing customers for payment or customers not paying. We are the first 'business concept' site however to offer Pay in 3 from Paypal to split any purchase interest free across 3 months. A fair price, fair service, everybody's happy.

Can you give me an estimated build cost?

It’s a chicken and egg scenario. We can’t cost without strategy, concept definition and developer spec. all of which comes with the Start Up pack. However we can use AI to provide a potential ROI (return on investment) calculation though with everything in life we don’t guarantee success, results and returns may vary but remember we’re in it together and you won’t have a better value starting point to what could be a sustainable business with true potential.

Can you pay in stages?

Yes, providing you’re eligible you can split payments over several interest free by utilising 'Pay in 3' from Paypal. Especially useful for those looking for a side hustle or a move from existing employment, paying a little each month from a salary brings escape within reach! The limit per transaction is £3K with credit approval on each transaction so Start Up packs above lifestyle will be billed over several payments with a few days in between so it's important there is an alternative method of funding in place (such as credit/debit card or BACS) once commitment is made to purchase if Paypal don't limit your credit. 

What are the lead times from order to fulfilment?

These concepts are not driven by a computer program, no magical AI ideas creator, it's not how it works. AI can only regurgitate existing ideas and designs into a hybrid confabulation but it's not yet capable of conceptual thought. Don't believe all you see on TV! So inevitably it can take time. Each Start Up plan can take up to 6-8 weeks from when we receive your full payment (pay in three gives us the money upfront). There's a team of us putting everything together but as we don't know how popular it will be, so with timings we're really covering our own backs. Once we have more data it might make it worth while to automate more of the processes to speed up the processes without limiting the time we spend on each project.

Commission on sales how it works.

The 5% commission massively reduces your risk be cutting down initial costs so ultimately you pay what the concept is worth. How it works depends on the business model, any sales or subscriptions directly from the site on Paypal we would take commission directly and generate a monthly invoice for you to offset against your profits, if your business is dependent on advertising or sponsorship revenue alone (unlikely but possible) we'd need to be notified of income and we'd provide you with a Paypal invoice to pay us monthly, so you'll need to keep monies in reserve.

If I seek Venture Capital (VC) funding will the commission affect my chances of successful funding?

For projects that require funding of £100K or over it is capped at £50K to avoid any issues with possible investors funding larger projects.

Can I run with more than one project?

We wouldn't recommend stretching yourself to run with more than two projects at one time but if you think you can manage feel free to go ahead. The system limits sale of concepts to 5 per person.
